Dreadball is a miniatures game set in the 'Warpath' universe, this game uses 28mm miniatures and uses the same themes and races seen (or will be seen) in Warpath. Dreadball's core set comes with........ 1) a Dreadball pitch (the board), 2) a team Orc/Goblin known as "Greenmoon Smackers" Marauder Team (8 Figures) 3) a team of Human Males known as "Trontek 29ers" a Corporation Team of (8 figures) 4) a Ref bot, 5) a ball, 6) a deck of cards, 7) a set of dice. It is played as a board game that can be expanded and played with a variety of different teams and MVP's that are released in waves, or Seasons. Currently there is the original set of rules and teams known as Season 1 and Season 2. Season 3 is due to be released Sept 17th 2013. The core rules are pretty fun and the other stuff need only be added when "Coaches" are ready for more. Leagues are common and allow "Coaches" to build a team and gives purpose to the weekly win. Leagues are not necessary but are a lot of fun.

I've bought the deluxe edition boxed set. So I have two teams from the first Season, Trontek 29ers and the Green moon Smackers. Picked up two teams from Season 2, the Chromium Chargers, and the Void Vixens.
I think I'm going to get all the teams in the long run. There are twelve to choose from. Some are well rounded and some take better than average skill to coach to a win.
I'm looking forward to playing and organizing some league play.
If anyone has questions just ask. I'll be happy to answer or find you an answer!

Read the rules. I would like to get a game in before I buy in.

Let me know when a good time is. Let's launch this high speed ball!
I have one production "Pitch", but I'll see if I can get a digital "Pitch" printed so the ladies can play also if they'd like. I currently have four teams and two sets of counters.
