Went to see this Sat. It was good but be warned. If you like the franchise for its promise in the old days of being a story about cars and their drivers then you'll be disappointed. This version of the series follows the new formula set by the 5th movie in which the cars are disposable throwaways with no character. The new format is truly "Mission Impossible without Tom Cruise".
But having said all that, it is entertaining. I went to the early, (read that as cheap tickets), show and didn't feel like I was ripped off by the price verses performance given.
Stay for the extra at the end. They setup the next movie.
