I know there was some talk at the shop about a group going to see Iron Man 3. Anyone heard anything?

I decided not to wait. I went to Thursday night's 3D showing.
Double Thumbs UP.
Of the three I still like the first one the best.
In this one they try to show you Tony is the hero, not the armor.
Stay passed the credits, as always there is a little at the end. I was disappointed with the extra at the end. No tease to the next Marvel movie. Just fluff.
I don't want to say anymore, I don't want to spoil the movie in any way for you guys.
Enjoy!

I went on Friday afternoon, thinking that the little kids would be at school/parents at work, etc. I've had pretty good luck with this strategy in the past but as it turned out, I had the added pleasure of toddlers shrieking "AWESOME, GRANDMA...DID YOU SEE THAT?" Every 5 minutes or so. So, that happened.
Although Tony is definitely still my superhero of choice to have a beer with, I was pretty disappointed in the movie. A few (spoiler-free) reasons: Paltrow has never been a convincing Pepper Potts for me and she had a lot more screentime than in 1&2. Even the abs flash towards the end couldn't change my mind. Secondly, Joss Whedon has set the bar so f'ing high now that I doubt I'll love anything until AA2. Overall, it was good, but I didn't think it was great.
